What to Wear Holiday Edition
Since my fall sessions are booking quickly I thought this week’s “what to wear” post should be geared towards those who are preparing for their family session this fall and planning on using your images for your holiday cards. The family below did an amazing job incorporating red into their clothing choices to represent the holiday but still maintaining a look that can be displayed year-round. If you’d like to dress for the season without looking overly festive skip the Christmas tree sweaters and try incorporating dark green, red or cream colors… and I recommend choosing one of those colors, not all three 🙂
A cream and gold color palette is another holiday look that can easily be displayed year-round.
Another great way to incorporate the holidays into your family session is to dress for the season! We may not see snow this fall/winter in Katy, Texas but we still have plenty of cold days and if our session falls on a chilly day and the kids are cold and shivering- it will show! Plus, winter hats, scarves and mittens make adorable accessories!
